Henley Royal Regatta
Video of my personal experience of HRR 2015.
The regatta's own TV coverage on YouTube this year has, without a doubt, added to the experience of Henley and not detracted from it one iota.
And there is no doubt in my mind that the regatta will be even more popular and even more people will want to visit it to watch and to participate. The atmosphere is impossible to replicate.
Even in my own video here you cannot experience the experience. You can only get a hint, a flavour of it. There is so much handshaking going on. So many old friends to catch up with. Then there is the fashion, not to mention the fashion police.
And of course the outstanding rowing and sculling!
